1 large organic cucumber (or peeled if not)
1 fresh lemon
1 tablespoon of honey (optional)
400 ml of water or coconut water
Preparation:

Wash and slice the cucumber.
Squeeze the lemon.
Blend everything with the water or coconut water.
Strain if you prefer a smooth texture.
Add a touch of honey if you like.
Keep refrigerated and consume within three days.
