Ingredients (Serves 6):

  • 500 g natural yogurt (about 3 pots)
  • 300 g caster sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 2 medium-sized eggs
  • Vanilla extract or grated zest of 1 lemon (your choice)
  • Icing sugar for finishing

Preparation:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:
    • If using butter, bring it to room temperature or gently melt it and let it cool.
    • If using lemon, wash and finely grate the zest. Set aside.
    • Prepare a 23 to 24 cm diameter tart pan and line it with baking paper.
