Ingredients (Serves 6):
- 500 g natural yogurt (about 3 pots)
- 300 g caster sugar
- 100 g flour
- 50 g unsalted butter
- 2 medium-sized eggs
- Vanilla extract or grated zest of 1 lemon (your choice)
- Icing sugar for finishing
Preparation:
- Prepare Ingredients:
- If using butter, bring it to room temperature or gently melt it and let it cool.
- If using lemon, wash and finely grate the zest. Set aside.
- Prepare a 23 to 24 cm diameter tart pan and line it with baking paper.
