Then there’s another delicious recipe we’re sharing with you today: dark chocolate chips or flakes, almond milk, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder. Prepare a soft mixture from these ingredients and stir in a bowl over a bain-marie so that the chocolate melts and mixes with the rest. It’s a delicious little dessert but can also be added to a smoothie, hot chocolate or coffee.

6) Strawberries and chocolate

Another little treat for demanding palates. Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Meanwhile, wash and dry the strawberries well. Pour the chocolate into the ice cream bowl and place a strawberry in it. Cut the strawberries in half if they are very large. These delicious and fascinating jellies will be an exciting surprise for everyone.

7) Baby food

Moms know that preparing vegetable broth for newborns takes time and patience. But these two things are not always available. Then, just in case, prepare the broth you use most often in larger quantities than usual, for example carrots, potatoes and celery, with or without meat. Mix everything and let cool.

Freeze your homemade “bouillon cube” in ice molds and use as needed, heated in a double boiler, microwaved or poured into water while it boils. The meal is ready in no time.

8) Protein
How many times have we made a dessert that only required egg yolks? Very often we threw away egg whites. It is a shame that such a valuable, protein-rich food was completely wasted. Next time, mix them up a bit and freeze them in the ice cube tray.

Then take them out and put them in a bag with the specified contents. You will soon see that you can use them to best advantage, for example in light protein pancakes with oatmeal.

9) Coconut water
