Ammonia

Preheat the oven to 150°C, then turn it off.
Pour a bowl of ammonia and place it in the hot oven overnight.
The next day, wipe the oven with a sponge.
Salt and water
Description: Abrasive method for removing stuck-on residue.

Preheat the oven to 50°C and turn it off.
Pour a good amount of salt on the dirty areas.
Sprinkle with water to form a paste, let sit, then scrub.
