Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (356Β°F).
Prepare the Batter:
- In a large mixing bowl, add 3 eggs.
- Add 12 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt to the eggs.
- Beat the mixture for 3-4 minutes until light and frothy.
Add Wet Ingredients:
- Add 12 tbsp of milk to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Add 12 tbsp of vegetable oil and continue mixing until well combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, mix together 12 tbsp of flour and 1 tsp of baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Prepare the Baking Tray:
- Grease a 21Γ21 cm (8×8 inch) baking tray or line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tray, spreading it evenly.
