Preheat the Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (356Β°F).

Prepare the Batter:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 3 eggs.
  2. Add 12 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt to the eggs.
  3. Beat the mixture for 3-4 minutes until light and frothy.

Add Wet Ingredients:

  1. Add 12 tbsp of milk to the egg mixture and mix well.
  2. Add 12 tbsp of vegetable oil and continue mixing until well combined.

Combine Dry Ingredients:

  1. In a separate bowl, mix together 12 tbsp of flour and 1 tsp of baking powder.
  2. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

Prepare the Baking Tray:

  1. Grease a 21Γ—21 cm (8×8 inch) baking tray or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Pour the batter into the prepared tray, spreading it evenly.
