Bake:

  1. Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool and Serve:

  1. Allow the cake to cool in the tray for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  2. Dust the top with powdered sugar before serving.
