10. Discomfort

Most commonly, fever is linked to cancer of the immune system, but it can also suggest any type of cancer that begins to infect other organs.
12. Weight loss
If you lose too much weight without working out or dieting, it could be a sign of cancer. According to The American Cancer Society, the majority of cancer patients experience sudden weight loss.
