Chop the nettle leaves. Bring the water to a boil, then add the nettles and cranberries.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Then cover and let steep for 3 hours. Strain the tea and drink 1–2 cups daily before meals.
Homemade cough syrup
Ingredients:
3 nettle leaves (or 1 tablespoon chopped)
200 grams of brown sugar
200ml of water
