Cough syrup recipe
Ingredients
- 3 nettle leaves (1 tablespoon chopped leaves)
- 200 grams of brown sugar
- 200 ml of water
Preparation
Chop nettle leaves to obtain one tablespoon. Boil water with nettle leaves and brown sugar, then simmer for 15 minutes. Strain the syrup and store it in a glass jar. Take one tablespoon of the syrup up to four times daily until your condition improves. The syrup can be stored in a glass container until needed.
