With the blender running on low speed, slowly drizzle in the melted chocolate. Continue blending for 2–3 minutes until the mixture is light, airy, and fully incorporated. If too thick, add warm water 1 teaspoon at a time to reach desired texture. Adjust sweetness if desired.
Step 4: Portion into Servings
Divide mousse evenly among 4 serving glasses, ramekins, or bowls. Smooth or create decorative swirls on top with the back of a spoon.
Step 5: Chill Until Set
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chilled and firm. Before serving, let rest at room temperature for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
