3. Lip Care for Exfoliation and Softening
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of toothpaste
- Juice from 2 lemons (adjust if prone to chapped lips)
- A little warm water
Instructions:
- Mix the sugar and toothpaste together in a small bowl.
- Add the lemon juice and a bit of warm water to create a paste. If your lips are sensitive or prone to chapping, you can skip the lemon juice.
- Apply the mixture to your lips and gently massage in circular motions for about 2 minutes.
- Rinse your lips thoroughly with water.
- Follow up with a moisturizing lip balm to keep your lips hydrated and soft.
Note: Exfoliate your lips with this method no more than once a week to avoid over-exfoliation.
These DIY beauty tricks are easy to follow, but always be mindful of your skin’s sensitivity and patch-test any new treatments before using them extensively.
