When cold extremities are completely normal

There’s no need to be  alarmed  if your feet turn to ice cubes when you step outside in  5°C weather or spend the evening on the couch without moving. It’s a natural response: the body protects its vital organs by reducing circulation to “lower priority”  areas  . The result? Your extremities suffer a bit. Once you’re nice and warm, things usually return to normal.
