2 cups Bisquick baking mix
½ cup sour cream
½ cup 7-Up (or any lemon-lime soda)

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Pour the melted butter into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish or cast-iron skillet.
Step 2: Make the Dough
In a large bowl, mix together the Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up. Stir until just combined — the dough will be soft and slightly sticky.
Step 3: Shape the Biscuits
Lightly flour your hands and a work surface, then gently pat out the dough to about ½ inch thick. Cut into biscuits using a round cutter or simply drop spoonfuls into the buttered dish.
Step 4: Bake to Golden Perfection
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the kitchen smells like heaven.
Step 5: Serve Warm
Brush with a little extra melted butter if you’d like (because why not?), and serve immediately.
