6. Lemon
Some types of stains are more difficult than others, and this is the case with wine. If you have spilled some wine on your mattress, you can try to remove the stains by mixing 100 ml of water with 100 ml of lemon juice.
Dip a cloth in the solution and rub directly onto the stain. Let dry for at least an hour.
7. Ethyl alcohol
To eliminate bad odors from the mattress, mix two equal parts of white vinegar and ethyl alcohol in a spray bottle.
Spray the solution all over the mattress and let it dry for at least 30 minutes. This remedy is especially useful for eliminating bad odors released by some pets.
8. Vacuum cleaner
Sprinkle baking soda all over the mattress, adding more to tough stains. Wait about 30 minutes, then scrub with a sponge or toothbrush.
Wait another 30 minutes, then vacuum the mattress to remove all the baking soda residue and dust generated by the stains.
