Zucchini tastes better than meat!

Ingredients
For blanching the zucchini:

3 medium zucchinis (about 600 g)

2 liters boiling water

1 tbsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

2–3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 bay leaves

6–8 black peppercorns

For the coating:

4 large eggs

100 g grated Parmesan (about 1 cup)

1 tbsp dried parsley

1 tsp meat seasoning mix or herb blend

200 g breadcrumbs (about 2 cups)

60 g wheat flour (½ cup)

1 tsp sweet paprika powder

Vegetable oil for frying (about 500 ml)

For serving:

Sweet chili sauce or sauce of your choice
