Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cold water
1 cup sugar for caramel
6 tablespoons butter, room temperature for caramel
1/2 cup heavy cream, room temperature for caramel
1 teaspoon sea salt, plus extra for sprinkling
1 cup chocolate chips for ganache
3/4 cup heavy cream for ganache
