I simply cannot get this out of my mind. Went camping last weekend in BLM area (Northeast WA State). As we were looking for a spot, we came across this…. something…??? I thought it was insulation at first and got out to check. Not insulation. This log of fleshy disgusting whateverness. There was no smell, barely any bugs, no bones, just this meat log in the middle of the woods. This was the closest I was willing to get.

Bait for a predator. Cougar, bear, coyote, and I believe we have wolves making their way back down from Canada. There’s probably a trail cam taking pictures of you.
