Instructions for Making Instant Pot Kielbasa Cabbage and Potato Soup
Step 1: Sauté the Kielbasa
Turn on the Sauté function on your Instant Pot. Once the display reads “Hot,” add the kielbasa pieces to the pot.
Cook the kielbasa, stirring frequently, until it’s lightly browned. This should take about 4-5 minutes.
Once browned, remove the kielbasa from the pot and set it aside. Discard any excess fat left in the pot.
Step 2: Sauté the Vegetables
