Ingredients:
4 bone-in Ribeye or Porterhouse (center-cut) pork chops
1 cup peach preserves
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
