Creamy Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
2 lbs beef stew meat, sliced into strips
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
For the sauce:
1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for lighter option)
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
