Add frozen dragon fruit, rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and ice to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into chilled hurricane glasses.

Garnish with pineapple slices, strawberries, and dragon fruit.

Serve immediately with a straw.
