Mix this with your hair oil

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried or fresh amla pieces (or amla powder)
  • 10–15 fresh curry leaves

Method:

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan on low flame.
  2. Add the amla pieces (or powder) and curry leaves to the oil.
  3. Let them cook slowly until the amla turns dark brown and the curry leaves become crisp.
  4. Turn off the heat and allow the oil to cool.
  5. Strain the oil and store it in a clean, dry bottle.
  6. Massage this oil into your scalp and hair 2–3 times a week.
  7. Leave it overnight or at least for an hour before washing.
