Refrigerators and freezers are some of the electrical appliances that make our lives easier. Thanks to them, we have the opportunity to store more food for longer.

However, this turns out to be a double-edged sword. After sitting frozen for a long time, some foods change their taste after a certain amount of time.

Therapist and gastroenterologist Sergey Lopatin also explained which foods should never be frozen.

The reason is that after defrosting, the appearance and taste will be lost, and some may even become hazardous to health.

So you should not freeze vegetables with a high percentage of water content: cucumbers, cabbage, zucchini.
