This vegetable stock has come in handy many times when I make soup. I just open the jar and it’s ready. I don’t have to waste time cutting and grating vegetables and herbs. I use the following ingredients to make it:

1 kg each of tomatoes (preferably well-ripened), sweet peppers, carrots and onions;

Mix of green spices (dill and parsley) – 600 g;

Salt – 1 kg.
