Peanut Butter Cookies (Piped or Dropped)

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened (226g)

½ cup smooth peanut butter (130g)

½ cup powdered sugar (60g)

½ cup brown sugar (100g)

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (190g – using 2 cups = 250g rule)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp milk (30ml), add more only if needed for piping

Pinch of salt

Optional: melted chocolate or chocolate kisses for topping
