Mango–Guava–Soursop Herbal Detox Tea

Traditional Herbal Tea • Antioxidant-Rich • Naturally Caffeine-Free

This herbal tea is made by simmering mango leaves, guava leaves, and soursop leaves. Many cultures use these leaves for wellness, digestion, and relaxation. It’s earthy, mildly bitter, and soothing when served warm.

Ingredients
3–4 mango leaves (fresh or dried)

3–4 guava leaves

3–4 soursop (graviola) leaves

4 cups water

Optional:

1 cinnamon stick

1 tsp lemon juice

Honey or sweetener (if desired)

Instructions

1. Rinse the Leaves
Wash all leaves thoroughly to remove dust or residue.

2. Boil
In a pot, add:

4 cups water

All the leaves

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.

3. Simmer
Simmer for 10–15 minutes until the water turns deep green or brownish.

4. Strain
Remove leaves and pour the tea into a mug or thermos.

5. Serve
You can drink it:

Warm

Iced

With lemon

With cinnamon

Slightly sweetened

Notes

Use fresh leaves if possible—they taste milder.

Dried leaves give a more intense flavor.

Soursop leaf tea can be strong, so adjust amount to taste.

Do not drink in excess (1–2 cups per day is enough).

Tips
Add ginger for extra warmth and digestion.

Add turmeric for anti-inflammatory support.

Make a large batch and refrigerate for up to 48 hours.

Combine with green tea for added antioxidants.

Makes 2 large cups or 3 small cups.
