1 ½ cups Mixed dried fruit (raisins, sultanas, cranberries, and chopped glacé cherries)

The Wet Mix:

125g (approx ½ cup) Butter, melted and cooled

2 Large eggs, lightly beaten

½ cup Whole milk

1 tsp Vanilla extract
