The little boy accidentally fell into the gorilla enclosure, and within seconds complete panic erupted behind the protective glass. Visitors began screaming in terror. Some reached for their phones to call security, while others covered their mouths in horror because the child was sitting directly inside the enclosure, crying uncontrollably.
