3 potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces.
2 glasses of water (around 500 ml)
1 onion, cut into small pieces.
3 pieces of garlic, finely chopped
A lot of chopped cilantro and parsley. 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (if desired).
1.5 cups of semolina flour
Add salt as needed. Use vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions:
Cook the potatoes: Put the chopped potatoes in a pot and pour in 2 glasses of water. Heat until the water boils and cook until the potatoes are soft but still a little firm. Remove the water and let the potatoes cool down a bit.
Get the onions and garlic ready.
