For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:
12 oz pasta (fettuccine, linguine, or penne)
1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional, for depth)

Fresh parsley, chopped
