Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F. . Grease a medium (9 inch) cake pan with vegetable oil.Heat some oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the onion until soft, about 3 minutes.Add the minced meat to the pan and loosen it with a spatula. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Drain excess fat from the beef and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.Divide the cooked and finished beef among the prepared plate. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beef.In a small bowl, whisk the Bisquick mixture (or flour), milk and eggs until well combined.
