Ingredients for 4 persons :

  1. 700 g beef cut into pieces
    600 g carrots
  2. 250 ml of red wine
    150 ml of water
  3. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    1 onion
  4. 10 small onions in vinegar
  5. 400 g button mushrooms
    1 bouquet garni
  6. 1 teaspoon dehydrated garlic
  7. 2 teaspoons of cornstarch
    Salt and pepper

Preparation

Browning mode

Pour the oil into the bowl then brown the onions and meat.

Add the carrots, mushrooms, bouquet garni.

Pour in the red wine and water.

Salt and pepper to your liking.

When cooking is finished, return to browning mode. Add the cornstarch and mix until the sauce thickens.
