2 fresh salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:
Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey (or maple syrup), minced garlic, and thyme. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
