Famous Shrimp and Red Lobster Scampi
Spicy, garlicky, a little creamy and spicy, this Shrimp and Red Lobster Scampi recipe is my favorite dish when I want to pamper myself or my family.
The resulting broth tastes excellent with crusty, home-baked bread. You want to soak it in until the end.
The trick is to cook the shrimp for a few minutes so they stay fresh and not overcooked. Then take them out, prepare the sauce (broth) and put it back in the pan to heat it up a little.
This is absolutely wonderful food. If you prefer a complete meal you can also eat it with fresh pasta, but for me bread is the only option!
