12-oz.Of pasta (elbow macaroni or any pasta of your choice).

1 lb.Of mixed seafood ( I used; shrimp, crab, or lobster).

4 Tbsp.Of unsalted butter.

1/4 Cup.Of all-purpose flour.

3 Cups.Of whole milk.

2 Cups.Of shredded cheddar cheese.

1 Cup.Of shredded Gruyere cheese (or Swiss cheese).

1/2 Cup.Of grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 Tsp.Of garlic powder.

Salt and pepper, to taste.

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).

PREPARING THE SEAFOOD MAC AND CHEESE:

1st Step

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package until al dente. Drain and reserve.

2nd Step 

Over medium heat, soften two tablespoons of butter in a large skillet. Add the seafood to the pan and simmer until fully cooked. This typically takes between three and five minutes, depending on the type of seafood used. Take the seafood out of the pan and set it aside.
