Ingredients:

250ml cake flour
2-3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
80ml melted butter or margarine
60ml brown sugar
125ml white granulated sugar
125ml milk
5ml baking powder
5ml bicarbonate of soda
1.25ml ground cinnamon
5ml vanilla essence
1.25ml salt
