1 teaspoon chia seeds (5 g).
1 glass and 1/2 of water (300 ml).
One lemon 1 tablespoon honey (25 g).
Preparation:
Leave 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to soak in half a glass of water (100 ml) for an hour. Then add the lemon juice and mix it. Finally add a tablespoon of honey to sweeten.
