Not only vinegar and baking soda, but with lemon the taps are like new
Having constantly clean and shiny faucets can be difficult, as they are constantly in contact with water, detergents and detergents.
To achieve this, we use several products available on the market, which often also have a certain environmental impact.
But did you know that you can clean and polish the faucets using only lemon? Yes, let’s see how to do it together!
Lemon juice
Let’s first see how to use lemon juice, which has a strong anti-lithal action. Then pour the lemon juice on a sponge and rub it gently on the taps, paying particular attention to the points where the spots are most present.
Alternatively, you can also spray the lemon juice directly on the faucet and let it act for a few hours. Finally, rinse and dry thoroughly: your taps will be free of dirt and limestone in the blink of an eye!
Lemon paste
In case of very stubborn stains, it is possible to combine lemon with another ingredient with its limescale properties: salt. In this case we advise you to mix in a bowl the lemon juice and the salt little by little until you get a sort of pasty mixture.
Then apply it under the tap and let it act a little, then rinse thoroughly and you’re done!
NB We remind you not to use this paste on delicate surfaces such as wood, as the slight abrasive action of the salt could scratch them.
