Zippers are very handy and are seen as a big change in the clothing industry. However, they have a common issue: they tend to break easily and fixing them can be really hard.
This can be really annoying, especially if it’s a zipper on pants, a new jacket, or bag. In these situations, it’s always helpful to have a quick fix available.
A broken or stuck zipper can be really frustrating, but there are many ways to fix it. Here are some effective solutions we recommend.

Use pliers to keep the chain steady, and then use a screwdriver to open the correct slot on the slider for the chain to go through. The entrance should be narrow so the chain teeth can go through.
After putting both parts in, gently push the slider to connect and secure everything, then move it back and forth.

At times, the handle of a zipper, which is the metal part we hold to open it, can break or detach due to use.
Use a screwdriver to raise the section where the handle is connected. Insert a small piece of fabric to replace the handle.
