avocado pasta salad recipe

Ingredients:

8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

2 ripe avocados, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup red onion, finely diced

1/2 cup cucumber, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup feta cheese (optional, crumbled)

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice)

1 tbsp red wine vinegar (optional, for extra tang)

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
