Ingredients:
🥐 3 sheets of puff pastry (approx. 270 g, available in Polish stores)
🍓 200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
🍚 50 g powdered sugar
🍋 1 teaspoon lemon juice
🥛 250 ml cream 36%
🍦 100 g mascarpone
🍯 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar for the cream
🍫 50g dark chocolate
🍶 100 g icing (powdered sugar + a few drops of lemon juice + a little water)
👨🍳 Preparation:
1️⃣ We bake puff pastry
✔️ Preheat the oven to 200°C.
✔️ Place the puff pastry sheets on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
✔️ Cover the dough with a second sheet of baking paper and place the second baking tray on top (this prevents it from rising too much).
✔️ Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
