Quick Apple Caramel Cake Without Baking

Ingredients:
๐Ÿ 3 large apples (preferably sweet, e.g. Szara Reneta, Ligol)
๐Ÿช 200g biscuit crackers
๐Ÿฅ„ 1 package of vanilla pudding (sugar-free)
๐Ÿฅ› 500 ml milk
๐Ÿš 3 tablespoons sugar
๐Ÿฏ 200 g caramel or toffee
๐Ÿงˆ 1 tablespoon butter
๐Ÿ‹ 1 teaspoon lemon juice
๐ŸŒฟ Optional: cinnamon, walnuts for decoration
๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ Preparation:
1๏ธโƒฃ Prepare the apples
โœ”๏ธ Wash, peel and thinly slice the apples.
โœ”๏ธ To prevent them from turning dark, sprinkle them with lemon juice.
2๏ธโƒฃ Cook the custard
Heat milk in a saucepan, add custard and sugar.
โœ”๏ธ Let the mixture reduce until it thickens, then add butter, stir and let cool slightly.
3๏ธโƒฃ Layers
โœ”๏ธ Place the first layer of crackers on the bottom of the pan.

โœ”๏ธ Spread the custard on top and then spread a layer of apples on top.
