2 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned, well-drained)
For the Crumb Topping:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cubed
For the Vanilla Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
