Ingredients: Short pasta: 300 grams (penne, bowtie, etc.)
Tuna in a can: 1 can (about 150 g) after removing the liquid.
Cucumber: 1, cut into small pieces.
Cherry tomatoes: 1 cup, cut in half.
One red bell pepper, chopped.
Red onion: 1 small onion, sliced thinly.
Sliced black olives: 1/2 cup
Chopped fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons
For the Sauce:
Olive oil: 1/4 cup
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
Garlic: 1 clove, crushed
