But Jake and Lily grew closer once more in time. The couple made the decision to attempt their relationship again and concentrate on getting over the emotional damage that their wedding’s cancelation had caused. The two were even closer and more in love than before, more than a year later.
This time, liberated from the shackles of superstition and deceptive influences, they chose a more private wedding ceremony attended only by their families and a select group of close friends.
