Baked apples with honey, cinnamon and Christmas spices
Ingredients :
4 apples (Boskoop or Reinette)
4 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 star anise (star anise)
1 tablespoon of butter
A few raisins
Preparation :
