Warm Water: 300 milliliters (1 1/2 cups)

Salt: 1 teaspoon (7 grams)

Egg: 1

Flour: 550 grams (4 1/5 cups)

Green Onions: 40 grams, finely chopped

Spinach: 50 grams, finely chopped

Salt for Filling: 1/2 teaspoon

Red Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

Butter: 100 grams, melted
