Would a party even be a party if you didn’t have the perfect creamy dip? They always take the gathering to the next level. This Poolside Dip is for way more than pool parties — it’s perfect for potlucks, barbecues, you name it. It’s cool and creamy, but zesty too, and absolutely loaded with flavor.
What Ingredients Are in Poolside Dip ?
. It’s simple! (And delicious.) You’ll need:
. Cream cheese.
. Ranch seasoning. One packet.
. Red bell pepper.
. Diced jalapeños. (Canned is fine!)
. Black olives.
. Fire-roasted corn. (Canned is fine here too!)
. Green onions.
How Do You Make Poolside Dip?
Can you stir some things together in a bowl? Then you can make this!
It helps to stir together the cream cheese and the ranch seasoning first, so you can make sure the cream cheese is smooth before you add in the chunkier ingredients. (It also helps to have room temperature cream cheese.)
Then, just stir in the bell pepper, jalapeños, olives, corn, and some of the green onion. I like to save some green onion to sprinkle over the top. Chill it until you’re ready to serve it. That’s it!
How Does it Taste?
It’s got it all! It’s cool and creamy but it also has plenty of zest. You get pops of sweetness from the corn, plenty of crunch from the bell pepper, and a little bit of heat from the jalapeño. The style of dip feels familiar but the amount of flavor definitely feels unique!
