For the Pastry Dough:

  • 1 cup (250 ml) water

  • 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter

  • 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream, chilled

For the Topping:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
