1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
